Mukesh is the co-founder and CEO of Go-Live Faster. Mukesh is a technology evangelist with significant experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector. Over the years, Mukesh has created and implemented diverse banking Readiness solutions for key projects. He has also been instrumental in evaluating and creating technology implementation strategies for Banks.

Before co-founding Go-Live Faster, Mukesh worked with organizations such as Kanbay, Capgemini Consulting (formerly Ernst & Young’s consulting unit), Fundtech (now D+H) and Banks such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Standard Chartered.

Formerly, in his role as CTO at Go-Live Faster, Mukesh headed engineering and solutions delivery of Go-Live Faster’s Readiness solutions.

Mukesh has helped successfully deliver Go-Live Faster’s solutions to clients such as TD Bank, UMB, M&I Bank (now BMO Harris), FNFG, and East West Bank among others. He is passionate about innovating products that use statistical algorithms, analytics and AI to identify failure points upfront.

Ekambaram (EK) is a senior IT professional with over 27 years of experience in Projects Strategy, Operations, Delivery, Customer Relationships and Account Management.

Over the years EK has managed several organization level programs including Implementation of Quality Systems, Knowledge Management and Business Development.

He had also managed Practice streams for Testing, RPA, and Business Intelligence. EK is a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and a Trained Auditor. He has worked with Infosys, Capgemini, and Syntel in the past where he has successfully managed large teams of 600+ and mentored them towards the common goal through Global Delivery Centers in the US, UK, and EU.

Sachin Waingankar is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience in Financial Services Industry in Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management and Test Management solutions.

At Go-Live Faster, Sachin is responsible for delivering technology services across India and US regions along with embedding learning and innovation of new products, technologies and platforms to assist in knowledge cultivation.

Prior to this, Sachin has held several senior positions including Director, Head of Engineering Transformation (Payments CIO) and Head of Testing, Director at Barclays.

He has also worked for organizations such as Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro and Trigyn Technologies where he drove innovation, automation and thought leadership to drive overall Quality Engineering strategy for spearheading continuous delivery initiatives.

Krithika is an IT leader with vast experience in the Financial Services industry. She has led multi-disciplinary global technology teams focused on core lending, digital banking and card platform support.

Ekambaram Ramachandran
Sr. Vice President

Ekambaram (EK) is a senior IT professional with over 27 years of experience in Projects Strategy, Operations, Delivery, Customer Relationships and Account Management.
Over the years, EK has managed several organization level programs including implementation of Quality Systems, Knowledge Management and Business Development.
He has also managed Practice streams for Testing, RPA, and Business Intelligence. EK is a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) and a Trained Auditor.
He has worked with Infosys, Capgemini, and Syntel in the past where he has successfully managed large teams of 600+ and mentored them towards the common goal through Global Delivery Centers in the US, UK, and EU.

Sachin Waingankar
Delivery Director

Sachin Waingankar is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of experience in Financial Services Industry in Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management and Test Management solutions.
At Go-Live Faster, Sachin is responsible for delivering technology services across India and US regions along with embedding learning and innovation of new products, technologies and platforms to assist in knowledge cultivation.
Prior to this, Sachin has held several senior positions including Director, Head of Engineering Transformation (Payments CIO) and Head of Testing, Director at Barclays.
He has also worked for organizations such as Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN Amro and Trigyn Technologies where he drove innovation, automation and thought leadership to drive overall Quality Engineering strategy for spearheading continuous delivery initiatives.

R N Iyer

R N Iyer, a serial entrepreneur, advises and mentors Go-Live Faster on its strategic growth.
Iyer brings with him 25+ years of experience that ranges from working for global consulting leaders such as Accenture to building companies like Cashtech, a niche cash management product company, and Vayana- a diverse financial technology company. Iyer has a deep understanding of the global financial services sector having spent majority of his career in the space.
Iyer has an MBA degree from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Ahmedabad. Iyer works directly with the Go-Live Faster leadership team to evolve its business to meet the challenges of its customers.

Roy Stansbury

Roy Stansbury is a senior organizational leader with extensive experience as an advisor and organizational consultant, building and leading teams and providing consulting, technology and outsourcing services to start-ups, mid-size and global companies.
Over the years, Roy has developed a great global perspective and strong capability for managing organizations and personnel across cultures by living and working across Asia, Australia, Europe, India, Africa and North America.
Roy has also been an integral part of Capgemini’s global leadership when Kanbay was acquired to form the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit.
He draws on extensive experience in building and scaling cross-cultural teams, and balances value and cost to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Krishna Iyer

Krishna Iyer is the Co-founder of Go-Live Faster and a prolific speaker and author. Educated as a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent), Krishna drives the sales, marketing, business development, and finance functions at Go-Live Faster.
He also plays a critical role in developing the culture with his background as a behavioral trainer.
Prior to co-founding Go-Live Faster, Krishna worked with Kanbay Software (now Capgemini) where he was involved with clients such as CitiFinancial, HSBC, IBM, GE, etc. Krishna has diverse interests ranging from banking technology, CMM consulting to soft skill training, spirituality and NLP (neuro linguistic programming).

Kevin Connelly

With 35+ years of experience in the banking, financial services domain, Kevin Connelly advises Go-Live Faster on its growth and overall strategy.
Kevin brings with him a unique perspective to Go-Live Faster given his work with FinTech companies such as Trintech and banks such as Wells Fargo, Union Bank, Commerce Bank amongst many others.
Kevin works with the Go-Live Faster management team in a very hands-on manner, sharing his experiences across sales, product management, operations and treasury management functions. Kevin is based out of Kansas.

Art Emrich

Art Emrich advises Go-Live Faster on human resources and organizational culture. He has served as Director of Knowledge Management and Vice President of Learning and Organizational Culture at Kanbay.
Starting as a programmer, he became a systems designer for HR systems at the Savannah River Plant. Art has conducted Action-Learning programs for Volvo using the Harvard Business School leadership curriculum.
Art has an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a PhD in Behavioral Sciences from Alpha University.
