Jobs Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in a consultative manner to identify project requirements and conduct analysis.
• Assist clients in configuring system parameters and controls based on their business practices, recommending best practices, and ensuring client acceptance through comprehensive setup reviews.
• Conduct data analysis and mapping activities for assigned applications, analyzing source datafiles, and mapping data to the target application for use by technical resources during development.
• Provide on-site or remote support related to application functionality and configuration.
• Test and troubleshoot system configuration and functionality.
• Offer business support to delivery teams throughout the entire software implementation process and beyond.
• Deliver accurate and consistent statuses and reporting at various levels.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of payment system.
• Develop internal guides, training materials, and end-user documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications in Payment’s domain.
• Candidate having experience of FGPP (Global Pay Plus) will be preferred.
  
• Holds extensive knowledge and expertise in the payments industry, specializing in Fedwire, Swift, Nacha, and TCH Payments.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Open to travel to customer site whenever required
