I realize that you have received many notes relating to COVID-19 and given the seriousness of the situation I am aware of the importance of keeping you informed regarding the current Go-Live Faster status. You are all aware that the COVID-19 pandemic has been declared a public health emergency and the huge impact it has on people's lives and communities at large. For Go-Live Faster our response to COVID-19 is all about staying focused on Safety First, Digital Adoption, Customer Care and Community.

Over the last few weeks, we have taken precautionary measures to help prevent the spread of the virus. We are adapting and adjusting our response to COVID-19 in coordination with government authorities as the situation evolves.

Instilling a ‘Safety First’ Culture

In these extraordinary times, Go-Live Faster is committed to the health and well-being of our families, colleagues, customers, and partners. To date, we have prohibited all international and domestic business travel. Keeping health and safety of our employees and customers as a top priority, our rapid response team has operationalized our Business Continuity Plan to enable people to work from home.

Enabling a Secure Remote Workspace

We operate with a tested Business Continuity Plan for emergencies and disasters. This has allowed us to transition WFH for all our employees within 4 business days. The Business Continuity Plan is supported by tech teams, high-availability and secure technology that we have leveraged since our inception, including redundant systems, to maintain both business continuity and remote access. We have enabled WFH for all our employees leveraging end point protection, an encrypted site to site VPN connection and web gateway for additional layer of filtering. We have increased our internet bandwidth eight times to ensure better and faster collaboration between our teams and customers.

At Go-Live Faster, the close collaboration between Business, IT and Security helps us choose the right tools to remain productive in a remote work environment. We are leveraging video conferencing via Microsoft Teams and Zoom to ensure our internal and client communication is seamless, and we can maintain that personal connection.

Laser Focus on Customer Success

Even as we deal with this outbreak, our team at Go-Live remains laser-focused on your success. We continue to deliver the highest levels of performance. Our rapid response team ensures optimized execution and flexible policies to help our customers sail through this crisis.

Community Care

During this time, we are supporting our local communities where we live and work through philanthropic donations. We are paying in advance to vendors who are in need. We have strongly encouraged our employees support community service efforts as long as they can do so safely. We have created dedicated task force focusing on various initiatives covering, employees, customers and community. We are also proactively making some of our technology and workforce, who were working on internal initiatives, available for our customers, partners and communities.

We have put in place contingency plans to help protect our customers from the current crisis and mitigate its impact on projects.
