Go-Live Faster, the Commercial Banking focused technology consulting firm whose productized solutions are fast-tracking the digital transformation of banks, announced the addition of two executives to its senior leadership team, significantly expanding its executive ranks and signaling a laser focus on strategy-driven market penetration. Global change agent Roy Stansbury and IT solutions delivery expert Krithika Kumar have joined Go-Live Faster as Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, and Executive Vice President, Client Solutions and Delivery, respectively.
“Roy’s ability to build and scale cross-cultural teams is legendary,” said Mukesh Mulchandani, CEO and Co-founder, Go-Live Faster. “His extensive strategic experience is helping us look at every aspect of our company to understand the most effective way to securing our position as the technology solutions provider of choice to financial institutions.”
Industry veteran Roy Stansbury brings a proven track record of transformative organizational success to his newly created position. Stansbury acquired his global expertise by managing organizations and personnel across cultures, and living and working in Asia, Australia, Europe, India, Africa and North America. He served as Chief Operating Officer, Kanbay International, an IT delivery organization with operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and India. Stansbury led the company’s global expansion prior to its acquisition by Capgemini where he headed its Financial Services Global Business Unit in North America and later served as Chief People Officer.
Client-Centric Solution Creation, Delivery
Krithika Kumar, who commands deep Banking knowledge and technical expertise, will lead clients through Go-Live Faster’s innovative “Ideation to Adoption” process to create and deploy IT solutions that measurably advance clients’ business priorities. This approach uses productized solutions for effective technology implementations and specific metrics to measure solution value, quality and customer satisfaction.
Previously a client delivery executive for Capgemini, Kumar headed Global Quality for the company’s largest quick service restaurant client, where she helped a legacy quality team evolve into a DevOps-enabled Quality Engineering Organization using tools, frameworks and metrics to improve end-to-end quality.
Prior to that, she served as a Client Delivery Executive and Capgemini’s head of Testing Services for Banking and Capital Markets. Before joining Capgemini, Kumar served as a Client Delivery Partner for Kanbay International, where she implemented business-driven IT solutions for a leading national banking enterprise.
“Throughout her global IT career in financial services, Krithika has focused her solutions and delivery teams on delivering value by being business-driven advisors first and solution architects second,” said Mulchandani. “She has added objective measurement to the solutions delivery process, making herself and her teams accountable to clients. Krithika’s approach creates measurable value for clients and leads to trust-based relationships.”
